Two decades later, Hanadi Eid's Lebanese pastries reach over a hundred stores across seven states — still made by hand, still made by family.

Hanadi starts baking

In the family home in Dearborn, Hanadi Eid begins making baked goods. They're good enough that people keep asking for more.

A hobby becomes a business

Hanadi and her husband, founder Issam “Sami” Eid, decide to turn her baking into something real — selling to local stores around the community.

Bigger than the kitchen

Demand grew faster than anyone expected. Production moved out of the home and into a larger building to keep up.

Named for Layal

The bakery takes its name from the Eids' only daughter, Layal — a family business, named after family.
